Flexible Installation Options

The KW-Z1000W is designed to fit into most double-DIN dash openings. Its disc-less design allows for a compact installation, and the screen can be adjusted in multiple directions for optimal viewing. Choose from four vertical positions and two depth settings to ensure the display fits seamlessly into your vehicle’s dashboard, and manually tilt the screen to reduce glare and improve visibility.

Advanced Display Features

With screen mirroring capabilities, you can display your Android™ or iPhone® content directly on the KW-Z1000W’s screen. This receiver supports wireless connectivity, so you can link your smartphone for hands-free operation with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. When your phone needs a recharge, just plug it in, and you can continue using all your apps while the battery charges. Wireless Qi charging is also available for compatible devices.

The KW-Z1000W is perfect for music lovers. It plays high-resolution audio files from USB drives and supports a variety of music, talk radio, and podcast apps through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Add a SiriusXM tuner for uninterrupted satellite radio across the country, and take advantage of HD Radio for crystal-clear local broadcasts with song, artist, and station information displayed.

Stay Connected with Bluetooth

This receiver supports dual Bluetooth pairing, making it easy to switch between two phones for hands-free calls. The Streaming DJ feature allows up to five smartphones to connect, giving everyone in the car a chance to share their favorite tracks. You can also control the receiver using the JVC Remote app on your smartphone. For high-res audio streaming, the KW-Z1000W includes LDAC technology, compatible with select Android phones.

Comprehensive Audio Controls

JVC has equipped the KW-Z1000W with a 13-band equalizer and a digital signal processor, giving you complete control over your audio setup. Time alignment and JVC's K2 technology enhance sound quality, even for lower bit-rate music files. The receiver also offers three pairs of 5-volt RCA preamp outputs, ensuring a clean signal for additional amplifiers in your audio system.

Keep Factory Features with iDatalink Maestro

The KW-Z1000W is compatible with the iDatalink Maestro module (sold separately), which allows you to retain factory-installed features when upgrading your vehicle's stereo system. This module also lets you display engine data and other vehicle information on the receiver's screen, including radar information from compatible detectors. After selecting your vehicle, the appropriate iDatalink module and harness will be suggested during the checkout process if available.
